What is the difference between plastic products and plastic? Is it environmentally friendly?

Many great inventions are around us but they are not known. Blister technology is one of them. Many people do not know what blister is, but in fact we are in contact with it every day - fruit box is the most common plastic products. What is the difference between plastic products and plastics? Is it environmentally friendly?

What is Blister? Simply put, Blister is the manufacturing technology that uses vacuum to absorb the surface of the mold and cool it after it is heated and softened. It sounds very simple, but the simpler it is, the more it tests the company's skill. Energy efficiency is a “stumbling block” for China’s manufacturing transformation and upgrading. The German government first proposed Industry 4.0, which has three cores: intelligence, materialization, and resource efficiency, which coincides with China's manufacturing of 2025. Compared with domestic equipment, German equipment can maximize resource efficiency and produce the same cube of plastic products. Raw material consumption is 10% lower than the industry standard, and the production rate is 15% higher than the industry standard. In the plastics industry, energy consumption is One of the core competitiveness of a company.

Another factor that determines the price is the size of the company. The scale represents a lower purchase price of raw materials and lower management costs. Many people choose small plastic manufacturers. They think that the prices of small manufacturers are more favorable. In fact, the opposite is true. Small manufacturers are often pushing up prices in the industry. Even individual small-scale plants constantly lower prices in order to obtain orders, and in order to ensure profits, they often add and use recycled materials and poor quality materials, causing security risks. The plastics industry is demanding a price/performance ratio. It is not just a matter of cheaper prices.

In the eyes of the people, the products that are exported mean quality assurance, so all over the country have the so-called “original shop for foreign trade”. Many fake original single shops use this mentality of people. Domestic fruit boxes, plastic trays and even medical trays for plastic products can be exported to Europe, Japan, and South Korea, if quality and price alone are not successful. For export, the QS certification is only a basic element in the industry's quality system certification, not a key factor. In a real case, China’s first fruit company to export to Europe suffered a setback when it first attempted to export Apple to the United Kingdom. The company's apple pesticide residues and sweetness all reached European standards, but the export volume was minimal; The company has identified the reasons: Apple is too big - the Chinese often think that the bigger the better, the British tend to prefer moderate-sized (a few mouthfuls of) apples. Exports to Europe and the United States are accurate to the millimeter level. To this end, extrusion processing, plastic molding, coloring, printing, flocking, and welding of plastic products require extensive experiments and patented technologies.

Food safety is a social issue that the Chinese people are most concerned about. Food safety refers not only to the food itself but also to food packaging. Blister products are one of the most widely used food packaging materials, so Blister products “inadvertently” will be in trouble. Mr. Yang said that green food-grade plastics not only depend on the environmental protection of raw materials, resist the reprocessing of recycled materials, but also require strict process management, and most fundamentally depend on the conscience and social responsibility of a company.
